Just returned from the club - worked one dog. Anyone else drink hot coffee in the heat? I brewed a fresh pot.

Another thunderstorm is in full swing and I am waiting for the downpour to subside, as I still have to clear out the broody coop today.

The extreme humidity almost feels as if breathing under water.

The chicks took a one minute nap on my leg today. Then one moved and the eyes opened, and the nap was over.

I'm washing the "playpen" stuff because they got cecal poop on it. If you can judge their health by how much it stinks, these are very healthy chicks.

With hot water, and extra rinse, then running the "Cleaning" cycle which uses bleach.
