Well, I mangled that ridge cap into two pieces and got it home. It won't matter (I think, I hope) for this project.

A couple more days of very nice weather, and then it starts acting more like fall.

Cold rain here so I brewed up some hot mint ginko tea. I did manage to deliver some firewood today before the rains got going, to the people recovering from the Vid, however, they were having trouble with the altitude+Vid so they bailed out to lower climes until they recover. So, there ya go...
I am staying up until DS$ rolls in from wrestling because DH went off to bed tonight. I guess I will just tidy up a bit.

I couldn't log in to the work server today do I'll have to work Friday to make up for it.
Instead we went plant shopping. I bought almost $700 worth of plants to landscape the front of the house. I think I've got a guy that can get the gutters on the front of the house next week and the neighbor said he'd bring be 2 yards of mixed topsoil. After 5 years I'm finally landscaping the house!!

One or two of those little peepers has a big fat mouth!! Wow do they complain when they get beat to the raisin.

Autumn storms are roaring, but at least the sun shows for some minutes in between all the storm-battered clouds.

Didn't have too much time for BYC lately, as DH is recovering from eye surgery on both eyes and will still be "out of order" for several weeks to come. Which leaves me with many additional duties to cover.

Hope you are all well again @DobieLover and @all doing ok and able to enjoy autumn to the fullest!
