Morning Cafe. Brought another pot second cup for me.
Cold 9 have hatched as of this morning 20 one egg was light in the loafers at lockdown I put just enough water at lockdown to get them out easy

She's 36 and lives a couple of miles away from my eldest here in Bristol.

Nice having family nearby! And not the kind you had in Catalonia though I can see the appeal of that area

Danged cat and dog have developed a game. A nocturnal one. Cat gets on the bed, I throw cat off, dog chases cat. Repeat. Not a lotta sleepin' goin on.

Easy fix, stop throwing the cat off the bed!

And fresh jalapeño cheddar sourdough is out of the oven

You need to take that to the bakers thread!

One of my new grandson's biological grandmothers passed away yesterday.

One of? Aren't there only two, you being the other?

I asked him if she would consider analyzing a mixed fecal sample from my flock. She agreed.

Probably the last 60°+ day so I got off my lazy butt and 'washed' the 3 coop windows that are top hinged to the outside. They were filthy with algae and lichen. Hauled out the step ladder, the long handled scrub brush, and the 1gal pressure sprayer. I won't say they're actually clean, but a lot more light is coming thru them now. Glad that's done.

I have the windows in my two wood coops each has them.
The dome has none .. The new coop we are staing I bought used windows like 2 that can go in. Other two is my new green house in the spring

The Sandhill Cranes are flying south over our heads today. They sound so cool with their trilling and cooing.
My grandson is adopted by family, from DIL's family and I am not a biological granny of this little guy. Very confusing sometimes, LOL!

I've always wanted to see Sandhill Cranes migrating, that must be some sight!

Well, except for the sounds, they look kinda like geese flying in a V-shape ridiculously high in the air, even from my view, more than a mile and a half up. LOL!
