I just had one of those. Smashed my middle and ring finger in the garage door. Worst part was I knew it would happen. I thought to myself, just move your hand before you pinch it. I didn't.

I did that very thing a couple of weeks ago (except it was just my ring finger). One of the rollers slipped out of the track on the garage door at camp. Hubby was too weak to mess with it, so I was trying to force it down, while he pushed the button He even warned me to watch my fingers.... but noooo.... OUCH!

Pulled the string, closed it by hand. He can fix it later....

My ankle still hurts too, by the way.
