The heat wave is still on, today we again reached 40+ ° C and the air is scorching hot.
Just sitting here waiting for dusk to come so I can go outside to water the chicken enclosures, plants, raised beds and walk the dogs.

How are you all doing, is it as hot where you live?

We've had a few hot days.
Got back down to reasonable for a few days and now the temperature is climbing again.

I got most of the tree off the roof.

Then I flattened out the damaged chunk of shingles and heavily tarred over it with polyurethane that can get wet right away.

Which is a good thing because about 2 minutes after I finished it started pissing down!

Now there's a leak in the bedroom ceiling. I think I see where it is on the underlayment. As soon as the rain stops I'm heading up there with the polyurethane and a towel and see if I can't get it patched up.
And I'm going to turn off and move the fence and take the rest of that tree off the damn coop. You want something done, do it yourself. With a sawzall!!
