BYC Café

Morning! Thanks for the muffins. We have shy of a foot but snowing hard. Looks cold out there, I'm guessing 20's. (24 Burrrrr)
They are still calling for another one to two feet, with "locally heavier amounts." This AM we will move the vehicles to the bottom of the driveway.
Time for coffee, that's for sure. Then off to play in the snow....

Good morning...I've got the coffee going and the muffins out.

Dogs are insisting on getting up earlier every day. Mom is NOT impressed. Izzy caught a mouse last night and left it on the rug for me to find. I don't know if I should be happy that she's earning her keep here or upset that there was a mouse in the house. At least she does something, unlike the 20 year old wretched excuse of a cat that yowls in the hallway at 5:30 am because he wants his breakfast. Seriously, it is time for him to go....sigh, but he is DS's cat...
20-year-old cat... how much longer could it possibly have?

Guinness world record in his sights?
Still here but the power is starting to flicker. Made 2 pots of coffee and boiled some eggs and filled lots of containers with water.
Probably pushing 18 inches now. I am over it.

I am so sorry. I woke up thinking about your predicted 4 feet of snow.
Next year I will send you my son. Apparently he prevents it from snowing.
He hasn't had enough to make a single Calvin sized snowman yet.

I am hoping he is on vacation.

What do you know about wii u consoles?
Anyone.?
I need my kid back.
I am pretty sure it is a button to fiddle with, but I want netflix on my tv, but it is only showing up on the console.
I get bored on the elliptical. I need entertainment.
sad. but true.
I wanted to run with the puppies on wii resort island, but I will settle for tv.

This cat showed up on our doorstep when my son was three years old. They became best friends. I prayed that the cat would at least make it until said child went off to college. Said child has now graduated from college, gotten a job, car and apartment. We have been saying for the last five winters that "this one will be his last". And he is still here...:barnie
