We’re too cold here for them too survive the winter unfortunately, so I dig them, wash them, divide them, dry them (just a little bit - 24 hrs), then store them in vermiculite down in our unfinished basement. It works like a charm, but it is a good couple days of work for the amount I have.

DH and I finally got our potatoes dug. The weather has held off so far today and so 50 lbs worth is now curing. I kept trying to cover my floor with newspaper and the overgrown kitten, "Loki" must have dove under them a million times. I finally just made him is own newspaper pile on the other side of the room. Sheez...
That sure is pretty, Beaker!
