Thanks for the hot coffee! We also have a dusting with single digits out there. No wind so doing the horse chores was a very sparkly and quiet experience.
Mazda CX5. Our roads are brutal with washboards and potholes and it finally just caught up to the other one (Engine + tranny + suspension issues+ tires ++++). This one will be much less driven to extreme (sans teenage boys). Although I admit, I used the remote start to warm the car to go over to the horses this am...:oops:

DL, I am glad that you are finding homes for the extra boys
The second boy went home this morning. The man that took him took him, took him for company for his lone, several year old hen. He plans to get more girls in the spring. I offered him some mixed breed pullets out of my flock next summer and he readily accepted. So whoever goes broody in the spring gets to hatch some eggs!
