Up early to see DH on his trip to NC to visit his dad and stepmom. He took Freya with him, so I have the house to myself for a week.

The plan is to get a lot of stuff done. We'll see how it goes.

Good morning and thanks for the coffee! The sheep have all gone to their new homes. It was time. Not being able to get a shearer up here is a PIA.
Now DH can sleep in if he wants to and not try to keep up with me!
We are getting more cold and snow flurries as well but I do not have plants out yet, just seeds planted in the GH.
The GF is smart and cute, of course. She wants to be an ophthalmologist and has a minor in business. I did not ask her if she has ever tossed hay bales or split wood. I am not judgy like that, lol!

Digits crossed I pulled Kenzie out of her tail spin. She's not out of the woods yet but she was moving around better, fighting me harder and could put her head down without water coming out of her beak. I let her out of the ward after her evening dose to let her do what she wants. She hasn't had carbs in 2 days. I think she went into the run and stuffed herself with mash.

My only rooster is Smudge a very large marans.
Any I hatch are barnyard mixes.
Odd part I have 3 birds are not sleeping in the coop all of a sudden.
