But my MIL goes over several times a day so she can alert the staff if there is a need.

I'm going to get in a short nap before working the rest of the day. 0% chance of rain today and tomorrow so I should get caught up with needed odd jobs around the farm.

I don't know why I just can't seem to get a restful nap in these last few days. I did at least rest after a busy morning.

I still have a way to go before the room is done but I will have a first floor washer/dryer and a dryer I can use year round after today.
The window trimming stopped before I really got started. My Hitachi pin nailer won't fire. I used it to assemble the cabinets before I left for vacation and it worked fine. I'll have to take it apart today and see what's going on in there.

Good morning and thanks for the hot coffee! 21 F out there, frost/ice on the car windows. Silly weather!
DL, your laundry room is looking good! Anyone out there checking in on the sun/moon dance today? We only have a partial but the sun will be shining and I will be outside doing the firewood scene yet again.

Saw about this somewhere, but alas all clouds all day here.
Gloomy dark with winds and intermittent rain.

More feathers than turds on the boards this morning, again.
Feed and water consumption is way down the last week or two.
