I still have a way to go before the room is done but I will have a first floor washer/dryer and a dryer I can use year round after today.
The window trimming stopped before I really got started. My Hitachi pin nailer won't fire. I used it to assemble the cabinets before I left for vacation and it worked fine. I'll have to take it apart today and see what's going on in there.
That out of plumb hammer arrestor is going to drive me nuts. I have to go fix it...
Gettin' there DL.
It's taking quite a while but it's not like I don't have lots going on. But I keep trying to look at what I actually DID accomplish. By the end of this year I will have built one bathroom completely from scratch and completely remodeled the original.

We got a wood splitter 2 years ago. Expensive, but worth it. It should out last us. That thing is a beast!

We need to split a bunch of wood. Hubby has been cutting stuff and hauling it up. When we do it, he's the splitter and I'm the stacker. We can get a LOT done that way.
Yes, i have been helping him stack wood in the Mule and move it over near the house. Then unload.

It's all by the coffee pot except for the liquid Pumpkin Pie Spice creamer that's in the fridge and speaking of fridge getting a new one delivered tomorrow so hopefully the freezer will be good and won't quit before it's a year old AGAIN. It's going to be the same make and model. Yesterday was a VVVVEEEERRRRRRYYYYYYY long day as I was up at 12:30AM (wasn't planning on getting up till 1:30), FH got up at 2 seeing how he had to be at work at 3:30 because they had to leave shop at 4 to go to Roanoke for a couple days then I relaxed until I had to get ready to go to a doctor appointment which I have a day surgery/ procedure in April.
I see we still haven't made it to 10K pages yet.
Right now I am dealing with a 1 yr old dog who is pouting seeing how I just had to throw his favorite blankie in the washer. I swear my dogs (yes all 5 of them) are worse than human kids at times.
I am in VA too!

Good morning all, thanks for the coffee slept in late yesterday cut my finger on the jig saw before lunch. Put some band aids on it when the wife came home she saw it was still open. She took me to the ER and I got two stiches.
Yes both my wife the the female doctor made comments about men being hardheaded. I said if it didn't stop bleeding by today I would have went in. Naturally it's the right index finger, and hurts like the dickens.
Today it's a cool 60 and rainy so I'll be in most of the day reading and researching about what to use for deep litter.
There is a limit to how long you can leave a cut open and expect it to heal if sewn back together. So sooner is better. Hope it heals well for you.
