Good morning Cafe. Coffee is ready on this chilly morning. It's 42 out.

I had to drive to Binghamton yesterday to discuss with my doctor's office how they, for the FOURTH time, didn't fill out forms correctly and had to tell them, AGAIN, what was needed to get MY INJECTION AUTHORIZED!!!! Maybe the fifth time will be the charm. If the receptionist would just let me speak to the doctor or his arrogant PA, this all would have been cleared up with the last submission.

After I left, I stopped at a shopping plaza to pick up a few things... and barely made it back to my car because my leg pain was getting too unbearable. I'd forgotten my afternoon dose of pain meds. I cringe to think that this is going to be my new way of life if I can't get authorization for the treatments I need.

That nasty tempered pullet, Savannah, is broody... AGAIN! And my go to girl, Astrid, has been talking the talk for a while. Yesterday, she fluffed out in full turkey mode complete with growling. She's going to tip over to the dark side any day now.

I want to have someone hatch some chicks. I'm torn. Astrid is angel to work with and rock solid as a mother. But I always say that any girl that wants to set I try to let her be a mother at least once. Astrid has been allowed to set 3 times. Savannah, zero.

Good afternoon Café, and thanks for the much needed coffee, DL

Have you considered changing doctors yet?
There seems to be a way of treating/ignoring you that is literally unhealthy and may even lead to further damage.

Yesterday evening at head count I discovered two more broodies in the nest boxes, so a total of six fluffballs screeching and ticking away in the aviary right now. Hormones...

Ongoing heavy rains and thunderstorms with rather low temperatures, it almost feels like September already.

DL, I hope you can get this worked out or find a new doc office.

We had fun at the AR! (That is what they call it...)
I have to let you all know that... I am not a millionaire, just an average owner of some relatively cool stuff. I did see the precious antique, nope, it is plastic scenario played out and the lady's facial expression was to die for... She was not amused!
My friend had a wonderful time and got filmed, interviewed at the table. She was in seventh heaven and her item that they liked was about 5G. If you get the opportunity to go to one of these,
it is a well run adventure with lots of staff. The people watching is amazing!
Off on another doc appt run but I am getting MORF and he is going with us, to free up tomorrow. I need a day to get trees cut and do some of MY chores like gardening and cat cuddling.

Yes, I certainly have. If the appeal is not approved this time, I'm making an appointment with the other doctor. I'm so sick of this.
