BYC Café

The weather cooperated for the festival, as much as could be hoped. No problematic winds, no heavy rain, a few showers. Rain, thunder, and lightning held off.

It was hot. Up on stage, the musicians were melting. And of course the heat and humidity were hell for the instruments, and intonation was at times not the best.

Highlight: Crossbow did "Bottom of the River." Claire McMillan knocked it out of the park. That girl got a set of pipes!

This is the only picture I took at the festival. They aren't gluten free, so I didn't get to eat one.

Don’t know about where in the state you are but it is 100% humidity here. It is hot soup out there. Disgusting!
Middle of state, fairly close to the Delaware River. Humidity is horrible today - was out for an hour and a half and had to change all soaking wet clothes.

Because of all the rain yesterday and the current temp, 85F, I'm focusing on indoor projects. I repotted 2 orchids, a lemon button fern, and a snow white waffle plant that were deeply discounted at Lowe's. I want to look for an antique plant stand to display them on.
I'm also focusing on laundry and house cleaning.
