I read on some magazine for women, you are not supposed to go up in size- when buying new clothes. That is giving you the go ahead to eat more. Yay well what do you wear out of the house, waiting for pounds to drop? Summer is especially bad for me because I have to put away my bulky winter coat, clothes etc. and everyone gets to see my clothes weren't bulky - IT was all me.

Without looking in mirrors, I don't care - but, then you have doctor appointments and they read you the riot act. I don't have one doctor that is bulky at all. No fair.

Sorry Miss Wiggles, I DO fit right in! My DW is a + size and close to 5'11", I have 2 DD's that are + size also and, 1 GD that is not only + size, but will end up over 6' 2" if the Doc is right!

Nothing wrong with being tall, I'm 5'9"...and I'm one of the short ones in the family! Makes buying pants a trial, but I'll live!

On a side note...I sent my dear husband a text, telling him I needed more chocolate. THIS is what he brings me:
700

He says "I didn't know what you wanted!"
I would have been happy with the M&MS! :yiipchick

Wowsers, that is quite a chocolate haul. If my hubby bought that home to me he would get a very big 'Thank You!'

Actually, I went to a Sweet Company on my travels last week, and actually bought 2 of those Reece's Peanut Butter Cup Chocolates. You guys will probably think this is appalling, but I spent $3.80AU on those two little baby chocolates! In 'your' money that works out to...let me see...go, go, accounting brain....about $3.01 US on two tiny, tiny chocolates! I wonder, what would you all pay for them in the US?

Either way, tonight they are going to be history

Cookies in his future?
I sent my crew out last night for Reeses chips and the mini cups for a Reeses bundt cake -that my son promised to make for an event but spent all night studying economics- so mom had to make it.
So I expected two bags stuff. I pulled out bag after bag. "What is this? why so many?"
"It was buy one get one, so we stocked up."
Cookies in our future too.
But I am safe, because for some reason I am the only person that thinks chocolate and peanut butter belong in separate corners.

How can anyone think chocolate and peanut butter don't belong together? Are you crazy!!

Have you seen Reese's has a new peanut butter chocolate spread? I haven't bought any yet, but I will. And somewhere I have a wonderful dessert recipe with peanut butter cups, cake mix, cream cheese, lots of cool whip, oreo cookies.... Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.....

Krista - I get Reese's peanut butter cups from my vending machine at work for 80 cents U.S. One of my favs, I have it at least once a week.

Candy bars have gone up in price

at Walmart the regular size ones are 79 cents BUT, they seem to be dumping them in favor of having the Kingsize ones that are $1.00

At the grocery store - there is a special(what ??) buy 3 candy bars (reg.size) and get them for 79 cents each. They can jump in the lake. Every week or so Walgreens has a candy bar brand special and they are usually 59 cents IF someone wanted to stock up.
