Not only is it Monday, but I woke up to 29 degrees! (and looked outside to see the ducks in the pool) BRRRRRR.... Thank goodness the rest of the week looks better. I wish I had some hot cocoa.

Yes, it's Monday. I am going to go get our freezer beef today. We are supposed to have our first measurable precip in flake form this week, but not too much I guess. Bottoms up on the mugs!

It is about hot cocoa time, isn't it? I reach for the coffee so automatically, I forget cocoa is in the cupboard. If there isn't time to make it from scratch, I've found a Swiss Miss instant that uses real milk and it's pretty tasty. Comes in dark chocolate too!
