Yes, planks! Strengthen those core muscle, it's what holds your back up for real. I'm a chef, constantly lifting 50 plus pounds. I've got some pipes I tell ya! But my core muscles are weak so I can get out of the shower and throw my head over to towel off my hair and whammo, my back is out! I started going to the chiropractor and that helped immensely but he told me if I didn't strengthen my core and my neck I'd have to come to him forever! At least he's honest and not greedy!
