Goodmorning! Well breakfast for 80 and then lunch and dinner for 120 nearly did me in! So I get to go and do it all over again today! I think I don't love my job anymore.

Chicks are let out and roaming the yard in the sunshine (frosty, but still sunshine). Dog on my lap, coffee in hand. Ahhhhhhhhhh nice!

My family and I run a camp. 44 acres, 22 lodges, and I cook for groups from 30-450 people at a time! Exhausting but we love it. Rather gluttons for punishment I guess because our hours in the summer are around 90-98 per week! Our oldest daughter works in the kitchen with me. And our other kids get to grow up on property and also learn a good work ethic. Here was lunch today...
