BYC Café

WVDuckchick - Dudley is a puggy ! - I love pugs. My last Cocker was named Puggy. ???? My mother named him. I raised Cockers and she said I had never let her name one.

She never cared for the dogs at all, so who knew?

Up here in the sticks, we call it "Cowgirl Coffee!"
Morning Peeps!  No weather complaints here but I do so get the sore back and shoulder feeling.  I am sure my turn will come this spring, very sure of it.....
DS$ took first in his Regionals.  It was a good day of wrestling.  He and his best bud both took firsts so off to the Championships next weekend.  Staying in a hotel and they get to swim for a nice change.
Well, the critters are waiting and the neighbors dogs went off last night so I am gonna go see what cruised by last night.  Hopefully there will be some good tracks.
I hope you all have a wonderful day!

Wow good job!

Pugs are my fav!

My daughter has two.  They vacation here - NOT my favorites!

Are they fawn colored? I should have clarified... Black pugs are my fav. I've known some fawn ones that were strange dogs. Both my black ones have been wonderful. Males are better too :D

Quote: Sour's - um, grandpugs have serious issues that would put them on most people's Not-My-Favorite list. Only a whole lotta love (or masochism) can make putting up with them a reasonable choice.

They are both fawn colored. Both were taken (as puppies) to a veterinarian to be euthanized because of health issues with a previous similarly bred litter. The vet passed them on to a rescue, and my daughter adopted Rocky. For a year he was a really neat little dog. Then the adoption group called my daughter and said that Otis, Rocky's brother, was in danger of being euthanized. My kind hearted daughter took in Otis who is seriously deranged and was very likely abused in his previous home. Otis is a bad influence! When visiting I can walk him for an hour and still when I bring him in the house he will defecate on the floor. When it becomes necessary to keep them, they are kept in the kitchen and wash room - tile floors that are readily cleaned of urine and feces. They have daily pug wars - thanks to all that is good for the little smushed in faces or there would be serious injuries. Rocky has had several thousands of $ surgeries. Who would ever think that such little dogs are susceptible to hip dysplasia - not me. I knew a black pug who was a really nice little dog.
