It cleared up for a bit yesterday, but another heavy storm just passed through. Looks like we will have to deal with it for couple more days. Hope you aren't floating away.

Morning! Guess what I am seeing for the first time in awhile? The Sunrise! And the Moon and it is beautiful. The only drawback.... 8 degrees! It is freaking cold out there.
We are going to need to fire up the double boiler today!
Got one looking like a maybe. She just wants to be in the hut. I will go back out there in an hour and give the morning feed rations and see if she is interested. I personally only want to be in my hut so...... way too crisp tor Spring out there.......

Margie, 8 degrees? That is just unacceptable - send it back and insist they warm it up a bit! Hoping your sheep have better sense than to deliver in that kind of cold - brrrrrrr!

My sympathies to all that are getting over-watered. We had a few showers yesterday, but don't even have puddles today; it's such a relief after the deluge of last year. Of course, April is historically one of our driest months, and all this could get changed in one afternoon of thunderstorms as we move into summertime rainfall patterns.

Yeah, I was kinda shocked when I stepped outside. It was a cloudy toasty 25 at 12:30AM. .....
I wonder about my plants, this may do them in despite the insulating blanket of snow....
I have a stack of small towels by the door in case someone lambs. Dry those little ones off quickly....
