Morning! Thanks for the double pots... Still no babies.... at least I got more sleep last night. Less stress with it being above freezing and no blizzard!
Today looks beautiful and the nighthawks are out and doing their thing in the early light. I love the sounds that they make.

I cant't remember what snow looks like..... Seems like something that happens on a different planet. Good Morning Marge! I'm new. Nice to meet you.

Sounds like a busy day Boots!

Here's part of my plan...

make a dash to my farm to gather eggs and check/feed/water all those animals (45 minute drive each way)
back at home:
move 2 little 3-week old chicks outside to the baby pen (after cleaning it... ugh)
move 3 tiny day-olds to the main brooder (after cleaning it... ugh)
move 6 small 7-week old chicks in with the adults
possibly cull one newly hatched chick, if its leg isn't any better

oh, all this after my regular day job.

Margie, still no babies?? What is UP with THAT?
