I agree. We had a summer day yesterday, think it hit 90, but then the clouds came in and got a few drops of rain overnight.

Flowers are blooming and I want to plant more, but if we are going to paint the house the beds would get ruined, so it's back to planning and waiting, may look at fruit trees later and see what's for sale.

I am not in that part of Texas. I live close to the coast

Mornin' y'all!

Bit chilly this morning (48o) but otherwise gorgeous out there. Our rain comes later this week, gotta find the energy to "make hay while the sun shines," as they say. Problem is, I'm still achy from the hay made over the weekend . . . grog.

Heading for the ibuprofen already this morning.

Ahhhhh, coffee.
