on the wild ducks I've skinned, I just skinned to the first joint of the wing, and clipped the rest of the wing off.With a duck, from the sound of the labor involved, I think I would. How do you skin the wings? I skinned my first batch, and found the wings almost impossible, ended up with just the top, had to throw out the rest.
