We had a nice thundershower pass through last night and the rain settled all the dust. Everything looks so much cleaner! (LOL). Looks like it will be in the mid 80's for the next week or so, which is wonderful.

I'd better get to work /have.a good day everyone!

It's definitely wet here. We always need wet this time of year. Fire season petered out with all the wet we've had lately.

Actually a fox that was reported as unusually aggressive was caught and euthanized but the brain test has not been completed. In Mn there are cases of rabies but not sure whats going on with these couple of foxes around lakw Minnetonka.

Update on mpls fox...it was positive for rabies. They are usually very timid and this one was agressive. Rabies is an active disease and domestic pets that are susceptable still need vaccinations. Minnesota sees most of its cases in wild animals but people are expandinding rapidly into wildlife areas so more contact is expected. Just an FYI update.

Morning! Fire horses are installed safely into their new home. 5 acres of green grass ought to keep them more than happy and fat.
We had some nice rains yesterday; it even made puddles. We are setting up one of those big carport tents this AM for a BBQ tomorrow in the neighborhood. The weather is supposed to be wonderful and it should be a lot of fun and great food. Coffee is done brewing so go grab a cup!
