We are over run with wolves here.... We have moose too but if only seen one. Hearing wolves here isn't uncommon.... Last year though I heard one right behind my house while I was working back there..... That sent my hair standing right up. They have pretty much ruined deer hunting here.Morning! Sorry I'm late. Windows update twilight zone, keeping me safe online and all that.Phil, hearing the wolves howl would be a first for me. We theoretically have them in CO, but if they are here, they are not in my neck of the woods. There have been some hybrids turned loose and a few passing collared ones, but not enough to be howling. You would think with the established moose population, there should be more wolves following, but noooooo, we have grizzlies following the moose here. I have yet to see one of those too. I am okay with that..... Last night in the hood.....
Happy drying out you frog hoppers and mosquito dodgers. We are supposed to get snow showers sometime in the next few days. I think I should shut down the garden in the valley. It is just going to be too cold for the tomatoes in the greenhouse that doesn't quite seal up. Have a Sweet Friday!
moo mooWe have mostly coyotes and foxes. Never seen any wolves on any of my trail cams. Knock on wood, no bears either. They are in my state, but not so much my area.
I did get some wandering cows on a trail cam once![]()
