I forgot to add that I'm still waiting on the water table to recede

I will be hooking into a existing water line that is about 22-24 inches down and that is still underwater at this time. My dirt is all sand so I don't have to deal with any clay or hard-pan, like some people do.
I'm not real good at this long of a waiting game

the weather is just right, not hot not cold not wet

Good Morning WVC

It is getting real, maybe 2 inches, close. I'm thinking that I just might dig a bigger hole and use a sump pump for the hookup area.
The rest of the trench having a wet bottom will not be much of a problem, just abit messy

Oh my goodness, YES COFFEE! Cold and rainy here and I was up at 4:45 with a headache and an earache of all things. Doing much better now after the sinus decongestant went to work. DS$ is on the tail end of a cold and I guess I am still trying to fight it off. Stupid cold. Wonderful coffee. Back to normal so I guess I will have to get on the chore train and some things done around this place. Have a great Hump Day!

$bill - I would have been 'hot footin' it to your house Phil. Would stash a few costumes in the woods, and keep coming back as another trick or treater. Back in the day, when I was kid, some folks would give a full size candy bar. I mean they sold for , I want to say a nickel, so they must have been rich. My biggest haul was 20 full size candy bars. That was a whole lotta stomach aches but, so worth it.
