Good morning. It's been a bit overcast lately, which really wreaks havoc on my brain. Hope the sun comes out later like it's supposed to! 24 degrees outside now. Have to go see if the chicks survived their first night in the coop.

Had to thaw out the water for the birds this morning and then came back inside with a nice cup of tea.

Thanks for all the well-wishes. Doc visit went well, tubes are gone! I think he will be back to normal (ok, semi-normal lol) in quick time. I agree with Bunny, medically boring is best! "Temporary" medical issues are much better than persistent ones, so I couldn't be much happier about it all.

Banty, good luck with the hatch. I'll be watching for pics!

Friday, my little 4 week old ones that are out with momma Sara are doing fine outside too, but these cold nights do make us worry! 6 under her is getting quite crowded under her tiny body, but they manage.
