Mine does that too... pretty good tactic, I must say.

and now.........when she wants to argue, I can completely diffuse the situation, by just mentioning "The Claw!!!"

depends.........I'm a fan of tickling my wife when she antagonizes me........

it's hard for her to stay mad, if she is giggling......

Wouldn't work for me...tickling just makes me mad. I grew up having an uncle that thought it was hilarious to tickle us until we cried. Not nice, not fun (at least for us kids).

The older of my two grandsons was terrified of 'The Claw'. He still remembers my tormenting and assures that my time is coming. Hope he is not thinking Chucky.

Oh man, I would be so mad!! That would not work on me!
But probably 'cause I usually only get actually mad about serious stuff. If I'm just grumpy I call myself out on it and give everyone fair warning
