A part of my compost heap, will keep adding to it as I can.
Hoping to get most all of the horse pens cleaned before Wednesday or the next rain.

Morning! COLD! A whopping 4 degrees F. Glad I didn't plant anything in the greenhouse or it would have been sad.
The MS wrestling meet? Well, we didn't make it there.... We had fortunately loaded the team up in the district Suburban for the drive down and wouldn't you know it, almost down the canyon and the road turns to pure ice. The driver slowed and stopped to avoid a 4 car sliding mayhem event in front of us and then we got tagged from behind. So to keep safe we eventually made it through the 4 cars, narrowly missing yet another slide out car and go below that accident to a pull-out right at the bottom where it was much more safe to deal with things. Because it was a school vehicle, the police had to come and a supervisor and needless to say, we missed the meet. The canyon was closed down for hours due to multiple injury accidents and an RTD bus sideways in the canyon. So we had a team bonding moment at 5 Guys while we waited for the canyon to open, which it did and then made it back up to the school at exactly the time we would have had we gone to the meet. The kids had a pretty good time out of the adventure and back to practice today.

Have fun at work for those headed off to it and have fun in the sun for some of you and the rest of us will just have to have fun here....

Margie, your adventure was just a bit too hair-raising for me! Glad you all made it ok and boy, does 5 Guys sound good!
I'm a bit worried about getting out today as it's been snowing since Wednesday (and still coming down) but DH has a doctor appointment so we're going to brave it.

Coffee and Tea water are ready to go.
It has been warm all night and will get up to about 80°F today.
Everything is budding/blooming around here. No frost forecast for the next 7 days.
Critter is right, we are in late March already!
I wonder who got our February?
Off to do more poop scooping.
