I'm moving a bit slow this morning since I did too much heavy yard work yesterday in flip flops, so my feet and ankles are complaining. You can take the girl out of Southern California but you can't take SoCal out of the girl! You'd think after 2 years I'd learn that workboots and a hat are required attire here.

Yes, yes it is. First ball game was a rout. Called after 3 innings with a score of 17 to nothing. Next game is at 4:30.

This is bizarre, but I really feel good today. Had a great night sleep last night once my legs started to behave. Maybe I need to drive this body a little harder every day ?
