That it does. The chickens we have now are brown egg layers ( Buff Orpington and Rhode Island Red) plus a Rhode Island Red rooster which they know when I go outside seeing how they come running to me no matter where they are in the yard. They free range during the day and get locked in at night. A lot of times them throwing a hissy to get out of the coop before the sun is fully up is what wakes me.
Well, I hope everyone is dealing with their hot/cold temperatures ok.
I'm in the "hot" camp today (haha, in more ways then one . sorry, couldn't resist), but it's supposed to cool down again Friday.
Finally going to have a weekend to work on the coop. I'm really hoping to get the chicks out there sooner then later; I know they want a lot more room to run around. They'll be 3 weeks soon, though most of them are quiet feathered.
Morning all!
Seeing how it's already got here I'm going to stick to cold/ice coffee.
After this cup got to feed my steers then I'll be back to have another one.
