My maiden name is Dutch, my husband's name is Czech. Each name is bad enough by itself; we figured if we hyphenated them, we'd become social pariahs because nobody could handle the handle!

I totally get the social pariah thing.

Yeah, they are pretty tough for a small dog.
I know what Tollers are, i lived in Nova Scotia and attended dog shows there.

My neighbour has a toller/lab mix. Can't keep that girl out of the water! She was bred this year with a coon hound and some other type of hound mix. Poor girl ended up with 14 puppies and only 9 teats. My neighbour actually managed to sell them for $500 Each.

I haven't really been to a dog show. I went to the Royal Winter Fair in Toronto a few times when I was a kid, but never actually watched a competition. I'm going to a heritage poultry show the first weekend in November. I'm really looking forward to it, and I'll be picking up a roo while I'm there.

Yeah, that name doesn't seem that bad to me and I'm not near any French people lol

Well, actually I guess we had a few in my class

But we had some people with much worse names than that lol

People are just lazy sadly :/
