BYC Café

Morning! It isn't the fall birdfeeder, it is the spring one when one starving bear wakes up before everyone else and just might find that birdfeeder and then you have a lurking pest for the rest of that bear's life. I do not want to deal with it or the rodents.
Cold and frosty here this AM. I have not heard how the horses did if they were useful or stomped someone, LOL! DS$ won his bracket yesterday but it was pretty easy. I am hoping to finish up the new sheep area so I can take pics of my freaked out critters!
Thanks for the coffee!

Older grandson worked out all summer with the intention of returning to wrestling. Then in late summer he reinjured his shoulder which will require surgery once again. Sadly, his wrestling days are over. He's handling it well.

Oh, that's not good, hugs to him. He was very good at wrestling if I recall correctly... I am glad that he is taking it well and hopefully has something else to focus on. My DS# was going for his national motocross license and had a career-ending crash. He has just now come to terms with it (for real) and is moving on,
three years later. He carried that anger and grieving with him for awhile.
I think being the caregiver for his para buddy gave him a different outlook.

It's tough when something that has been a major part of your life is taken away. He stopped wrestling because of a minor injury after his first surgery. He then started working out gradually and thought he would be okay, but ----------
His new focus appears to be girls. :barnie
