Egg froze and cracked yesterday

, so I'll have to check more frequently today....though I'm pretty much only getting one egg a day now anyway!

get a frozen egg, thaw it until it just starts to ooze... then cook it in a fry pan. It results in at least 5 minutes of giggles watching an egg ice cube melt into a fried egg.

Morning! Right at about freezing here but windy. They are actually predicting 70 mph gusts for tomorrow and they call it "very windy." My guess is that if they say 70, we are going to get 90mph. We will just see... I will pregrind the coffee in case we lose power. Have a great day!
Oh, here we go.... the key word is excess...
"midnight tonight when gusts in excess of 75 mph will be possible."

I have enough ice cream for about 3-4 days if I dial back my servings.

For the longest time I couldn't drive an automatic. I kept pressing the brake all the way to the floor as if it were the clutch. Not a smart thing to do when you're merging onto a fast moving highway...

I often mess up when I swap out from automatic to stick... and then from our 1 stick (R is up) to our other stick (R is down) Yeah... I am not brilliant with change
