No, he is trying to get rid of stuff not get more. The animals are in good body weight. He has a few guineas and chickens running around and all look fit and healthy. Just a lot of cleaning empty cages and such that needs doing. The rabbits are skittish but i don't think mistreated.I think you should report them to animal control. If it were an abusive situation i would have no problem reporting. He has a medical problem, going in for surgery later this month. He has been unable to lift much due to a ruptured disc.
He says he checks in on them twice a day, i believe it.
