Can anyone make hot cross buns ?

Of course, provided they have a recipe! (Sorry Sour, that was just too easy.)

I made them once a long time ago but my family didn't care for them. If I remember correctly, they thought they were too sweet for a bun but not sweet enough for a sweet roll. Anyway, I think this is similar to the recipe I used:

I should have added the timing in the recipe!

Prep Time: 60 minutes
Cook Time: 50 minutes
Total Time: 1 hour, 50 minutes

Plenty of time!

true... Spouse is an excellent cook.... but I also make all of the kids cook.

Kid 3 made pizza today with made from scratch dough. Very tasty... I think I ate too much.
