We've got a blizzard on the way. Normally snow here is powder but this is supposed to be really wet and heavy. Winds are already really strong. Snow is not supposed to start until late this afternoon.

Hope you don't lose any trees with that wet heavy stuff Michelle.

Well both peeps greeted BF as he stepped in to turn the light on in Silky land
both still alive but Grime our black did not take them it was Dirt who also has eggs under
her and yes my other two Silky are Slime and Mud the only birds with names

I have two incubators there is three girls in that one nest sharing the work

We lost 25 trees in one storm on our 13 acres this winter.

Good plan, if you call them gross names you don't get as attached. Only one of my chickens has a name and if Elvis doesn't improve his attitude he is gonna be soup!

These are Silky not big enough for a meal besides got them as one of my egg customers
like banty eggs to pickle
