BYC Café

Hi everyone
I am now super busy, I am taking classes to do my FIL dyalisis treatment at home. I am amazed at how improved he is since he started and I do not mind taking the classes to do it, but it is 4 hours a day for two weeks, not to mention the 2 hour car drive.
On line some garden professional guy said - use upright plastic forks around your plants to keep squirrels and CATS out of them. With my luck the cats will use them as back scratchers.

I've been saving them up and will buy more tomorrow at $$Tree(they have stronger ones)- our weather has been too erratic to even contemplate planting. But I'm hoping my hosta will come up and tired of finding holes in the dirt all around them.
Have you seen the scarecrow sprinkler they have out now? I just heard about it today. I guess it is a motion activated sprinkler.

Sorry for your loss. Parkinsons has taken a few of my family members on both sides of the family. Working real hard on my brother at the present.

I am sorry to hear that. It is an awful way to end such a productive life. To see what happened to my mom, yikes! I know she is better off cuz i dont think they have Parkinson's in Heaven. But the way she left in slow motion was not so good for me here. I pray your family will have health and quality time! And a Cure for all effected.

I like all of the old cowboy songs... used to listen to them on a record player... one that was bigger than most sideboards.

I have like 150 albums that where Ma's she made me take them home home
just about 3 months before she passed

Thanks, yea it's hard to watch. I shake real bad myself but mine is classified as essential tremors and fortunately we have settled on a couple of medications that are keeping my shakes to a minimum. Feeling good about that.
