Michelle they(cicada experts??) said an hour of exposure to their frightful din can cause hearing loss.

That explains it! I've been in need of hearing aids for quite a while now.

I'll be laying sod and pavers, taking the dog to the groomer and making some turkey salad for dinner tonight.

Setting 118 eggs today, 56 prairies and 62 of my other various pheasants. No quail, yet, not sure I want too! got plenty of eggs, though.
Got to go to the mill and pick up feed. Move some chicks to the outside brooders. Then get a couple of hours of sleep!
