Geeze, I would say none. I don't think quail would be very good at making sandwiches at all.

not that much different than chicken. but they are cute, and a bear to open. You have to crack them by sawing off the top with a serrated knife.

I think duck taste way different than chicken.

I've heard that duck eggs are better for baking than chicken.
