Yea I've had those sore pits before, don't envy those, ouch! I know what you mean about if you don't do it yourself too. Not that hubs is lazy by any stretch. Just be careful

Well I want to eventually move out. I always figured somewhere near here or like Idaho but then I was looking at horses and this 25 acre ranch/farm thing popped in York NY but NY taxes are expensive and it's also really far from major cities, anywhere from 2-3 hours to 4 or 5 hours, despite being in between a few. ANYWAY. Long story short, that kinda gave me the idea to possibly look there or surrounding cities. My mom has family in Erie and I know a bunch of people from Pittsburgh, Cleveland, and a few in Columbus. So I thought it might be good and way cheaper than here but idk. I could ask all the people I know but I'm nervous because it's not like official that I'm moving out or even moving to those cities, more just a crazy whim atm, so I don't really wanna ask, ya know? And I would love to buy an actual house house with land for my chickens and a dog or two, maybe horses or goats, but that's expensive and I also want to be close enough for concerts, so I figure maybe an apartment in the city or even suburbs or even like Erie cause that's kinda close and cheap. So idk.

Oh and actually sorry, forgot, turns out the place I saw was in Elmira NY but I was looking in the York PA Craigslist. Popped up as nearby.

But yeah.

My parents owned a farm in Elmira! I tore down an old barn there. Dad fell off a horse we borrowed. We never lived there, but they bought it, fixed it up and sold it. I stepped on a nail that went through my sneaker and into my foot! Didn't hurt. Just started feeling soggy after a while! Sneaker full of blood.
