Sorry Penny, but I just can't "like" this post...I know what your going through with the pain...I just can't like that. :hugs I know you have days when you feel like this :sick or worse. With my high tolerance for pain, I live on Advil, (500 mg) it's usually enough for me...if not I have 3mg Morphine tablets but I hate the side effects of Morphine. Makes me sick at my stomach, and my muscles twitch really bad.:sick
I found out when i had my hysterectomy that morphine makes me puke and puke....bad time to find that out when your guts hurt!
 
That sounds like the way to go. I find telling myself I can't have something, makes me want it more! From food to chickens

For me you can add whatever you choose to that list. I have always had problems with moderation. For me it is either all or nothing - not just a little. So far in life I have quit alcohol and tobacco, and now it looks as if 'sugar' has been added to that list.
 
I don't think I could ever cut out sugar
You can get cut out a lot of white sugar from your diet. Can't cut carbohydrates though. Humans need them for their main calorie source. You just need to eat the correct ones, like grains. Yes, grains are carbohydrates but are also a main source of protein and nutrition. If we cut them out we do not do well

That makes sense. I try to eat whole grains and sweet potatoes and stuff.

But I just mean because I love sugar and snacks so much lol

Is cane sugar white sugar?
