Yeah, but disappointed they aren't giving them for the 4 year mark any more. I soooo looked forward to getting mine. Finally got it, then the system was updated and they didn't show up for anyone and now the rules are being changed to not give until 5 years.

Guess mine will finally show up again in December but still, sigh...

Yep.

One thing I am glad about is that they're taking into consideration the level of member activity...you have to do more than just be here now, you actually have to be active!

Maybe they figured it'd be somewhat like a prestigious thing? Like so many leave but if you manage to stay the 5 years you get one? Maybe they're trying to do like milestones? Do they have ones in between 5 and 10?

Or you could finally do a coop page on your pole barn open coops

See lots of inside relaxing things to do. And the coffee is always flowing here

I've done a few of both the coop/LC ratings. Problem is, I tend to not give very high ratings and some people don't handle corrective criticism well, so rather than give a low rating, eventhough it is objective, honest and well intended, they don't see it that way...even if I explain how to improve the article. I'm not one to post anonymous. If I say something I'll put my name on it. But at the same time I'm still doing them, just not as many as others are cranking them out. I've also been slacking on New Member Introductions....which I'd much rather do then tell someone they wrote a crappy article.
My pens are nothing to brag about, their not the best but their also, no slouch. But your right, I have a little bit more time, right now, the thing about it is I'm mentally and physically worn out, that fall took a lot outta me, Idk just kinda caught up in a lot of other things going on at the same time that have been getting ignored for too long!

Ok @007Sean Might I suggest you take a Tramadol, wait about 20 minutes then read some articles.

Just kidding I think constructive critism is important! Not only for the writer, but for those who read the article as well. Especially if there is something a-miss with what is being said.

I do understand the falling behind and neglected things on your mind. Mine does that to me too, I call it boredom and since you are not doing your stuff your brain is saying there is still stuff to do.

BUT REMEMBER YOUR NUMBER ONE THING RIGHT NOW IS TO HEAL!

Give yourself permission to do that. It might sound silly, but it could work! (And that's why my fam calls me crazy lady)

I agree, at the same time it's not the pain issue, I've been dealing with pain most of my life....that's why I have a high tolerance to pain. I have realized I'm going to have to make some hard choices when it comes to the one thing I receive true enjoyment from...my birds. I tend to not let things get me down...I see half full, not half empty! the problem is I'm at the point my bucket's half full and now, it sprung a leak, so to speak. Just need some time to figure things out!
