We're still plugging away going though all the steps to buy a house in Casper, it's driving me nuts. And costing me sleep.

Congratulations NFC! I know it's stressful. Have you found a place you like?

Yes. We put a contract on it but the inspection turned up a couple things that worried us. The sellers had until 5pm yesterday to address the concerns. They didn't get back with us until 7 minutes prior to the contract expiring and they only addressed one concern. So we had to extend the contract for another 24 hours to get that 2nd answer. One way or another, by 5pm tonight, we'll know if we're getting the house or not.

Oh man, all the hurry up & wait, the paperwork, the phone calls, it's wearing me out. Buying a house is no fun, no fun at all.
