Wish that worked with the Princess. She is an excellent driver, but she has a lead foot, and we can't control what others may do. She worries me.

I hate dentists. I've always been convinced they are practicing sadists.
I would lend Jay my spare set of teeth but I don't think they'll fit.

I actually like my dentist. He is seriously funny and great at pain management. Voted 'Best' dentist in our county 3 years in a row.

Speaking of dentists - has anyone heard from Dar in the past year or so?

I actually like my dentist. He is seriously funny and great at pain management. Voted 'Best' dentist in our county 3 years in a row.

My dentist is female. They have a strange system here. She'll do extractions but won't put any back.
They bring in another dentist to do the rebuilds and the prefabs,
The service is very good. the prices reasonable compared to the UK.

I went for my heart check yesterday. Apparently I've still got one despite what some may say
The doctor is very nice and she speaks a bit of English which she is always eager to practice. The trouble is her English isn't quite up to explaining what problems if any I have and my Catalan isn't quite up to asking the right questions. We sit there happily chatting away, neither of us fully understanding the other, which can be a bit frustrating when you're dealing with health issues. Eventually she just handed me the scans, graphs etc and said if I didn't understand what was happening then she would write it out and send it by email having first translated it with Google translator.
Now I ask you, if it came to your health would you trust Google translator?
Anyway, my blood pressure is 120 over 68 which is very good, my pulse rate is 62 per min and my heart beat is strong and regular. The stent hasn't moved and the sharp edges at the end are now buried in the vein and are not likely to cause a clot.
Why aren't I feeling wonderful then....
