I have little family left too - son, brother, sister & niece. Sister's other - my local niece- nobody hears from except maybe at Christmas.

Out of 5 kids in my family, my 'good' brother and I chose the 'Red Road' the other siblings chose the 'White Road'. Not being racist here...just the way it was!
They became very greedy, they thought everything should be just given to them...they had no interest in raising animals at all....just how they could hob nob and try to impress everyone they knew by any means necessary. <sigh>

Does hot tea have an effect on you? It's supposed to have more caffeine than coffee I've heard.

No, I drink caffeine free tea like rooibos and honeybush usually. If I drink others I don't really feel any different than when I have coffee. I drink coffee in the morning because I like it, not really to wake up. I usually hit the floor running most days.

I'm sorry Sean. Doesn't your brother have little girls (your nieces)?

Nope, that's my bad sis, she had 2 daughters and 1son. 1 of my nieces passed away last year from breast cancer at 32.
My 'good' brother has 3 sons and a grandson.

I haven't seen or heard from the 'evil ones' since my dad passed away.

I'm so sorry Sean. I seemed to recall you were with 2 young nieces at the beach and they took their clothes off and parents gave you the evil eye.

Most of my relatives teased the heck out of me and made jokes about me being so shy and especially afraid of men, when I was young. I just disowned them and never had anything to do with them since. I've never regretted it.
