BYC Café

Nice assortment!

You'll have to give me updates on how the partridge in a pear tree does for you, never had one before
I've had partridges in a pear tree, and a peach tree, and an oak, and a mesquite and plum, not easy to get back into their pens. :lau

Coffee is fresh. Such a good day here - mid 40's and no wind. Good to be outside.
Thanks for the fresh pot, Sour. I need a cup.
It's been snowing off and on all day here. Really not too cold at 27. Dipping down to 8 tonight though.

Lucky me, it was here when we bought the place.
We picked up an 8x8 shed and had it placed on the other side of the property out of the area I turned into the chicken pen. Another fine structure! It will become the lawn maintenance equipment shed. A guy down the road wanted it gone to make way for his new shed. The next door neighbor strapped it to their tractor and hauled it 1/2 mile up the road and placed it for us. All it cost me was a dozen eggs! And the foundation but still.
You got lawns!
Obviously your chickens went to a different gardening college to the ones I have here.:(

Well, ATM I have more frozen lake than lawns, but yeah, lawns.

When I say Sissy is a brat that just means she's the first to fly out of the pen, the first to sneak out between my feet and take off and she WON'T be caught. She's a nice bird and a good layer. She's just such a freaking BRAT!!

Ohh that makes sense!! I have some brats too!! LOL so used to brats :lau that’s good they’re good layers though!!

I'll take a cup, if you don't mind. 68°F here and only a slight breeze.
