BYC Café

Haha! I am like that on the See's Chocolate ordering page! Just ordered hubs Valentine's day present of a 2# box of dark chocolate assortment. That man is so spoiled he's ruined.

Then I guess you'll have to keep him Becca (and I know you don't mind :) )

My reading preference is horror. I wouldn't read Pride and Prejudice until it had zombies :idunno

However, I do highly recommend The Time Keeper by Mitch Albom. I'm not into God, and he's in it here and there, but it's a great read nonetheless.

Thanks for the coffee, I left a fresh pot for you :)

Mitch Albom is fantastic! The Five People You Meet In Heaven was one of my favorites as was For One More Day.

Years ago I belonged to a classics book club and read through a lot of them. Now once in a while I still enjoy reading Charles Dickens, Pearl Buck and a couple others.

I haven't read those by Albom yet but they're on my list to check out.

Not a fan of the classics. I hated Dickens and Thoreau in high school and never picked them up to try again.

I'm the same way about the classics, still haven't read To Kill a Mockingbird, eventhough it was written about the area where I live now.

I did enjoy every literature class I took in college and discovered several authors who are still beloved to me,but they tend to be lesser known.
