Well, what are you going to do...you can't just sit back and say "poor pitiful me"....'give up' is not in my vocabulary nor is the word can't. It's just another detour in the road of life.

it will be a good journey! My mother always accused me of never taking the time to smell the rose's. I strongly believe it's how you look at things...either it's a burden or can be a wonderful journey....the Creator never presents obstacles you can not handle or overcome.

I used to have a similar attitude but, lost it somewhere along the way. I used to think "failure" was NOT an option but learned to dial it back.

You taught me about Native Americans. Wish I had learned to look at life the way you do.
Can't believe some of the things you have lived through but, you have.

Do you think you were primarily born with the " attitude," or was it also because of the Native experience and teachings?
