Ran into the rare and illusive Mylar Bubble-head man while running the dogs this morning. He was met with great distrust and growls from all.

Well, there goes the neighborhood! Once those Mylar Bubble guys move in, the property values always seem to fall.

Thought I’d share updated pics of my birds XD. Ducks have gotten big. Even they little one with a hip deformity and the one whose leg was broken at the store. They have their momma hen Henrietta with them since she was picked on by my big flock. I did lose one more keet a day after the other two but the rest are thriving after a heads on approach for one who had an impacted colon. The older keets are very big and I had to put a wire lid on top. The turkeys are stupid as always.

Your birds are looking great Dave!

Not tragic, but a branch swung back and smacked me in the mouth. For a second I thought I knocked our another front tooth, but only ended up with a swollen/bruised lip.

And that's your story and you're sticking to it, right? ;)

I'm concerned that Bamas not back yet. :hmm Is it possible that she went into the doctor for xrays but they decided to send her up to the mental ward & keep her instead?

What if she slipped out with the birds, couldn't get up because of her wrist & the ducks ate her???

With Becca, it's hard to tell. (But I do hope she shows up soon.)

Yes, I was wondering about Becca as well.
Planted the stupid garden in the stupid cold and had to come in for some HOT coffee.
Snow by tonight...
" Snow is expected over the mountains with the
snow level falling to 8,000 feet MSL. Snowfall amounts of 6 to 12
inches will be possible in the northern mountains by Wednesday
morning, mainly above 10,000 feet. Up to 16 inches of snow will
be possible over the mountains of Rocky Mountain National Park."
Too bad I have the RMN Park in sight... (no, not really bad most of the time.)
Just whining a bit :he :barnie :th

Neither. The land belongs to the Apalachin Fire Department. They used to have Field Days there the first week in June every year. After the 2011 flood, they gave up. Now the site hosts the Tioga County Kennel Club dog show and Tracy's Hope, an annual fund raiser for breast cancer awareness.
I've been running my dogs there since 1996!

Beautiful!!!

With that forecast, I think a little whining is in order Margie! We're getting rain and it's going to get down into the 30's tonight but no snow expected.

Keep your shovel (and your hot coffee) close!

Now you know why I don't like hospitals. I'm always concerned they may not let me out.
