She wound up marrying a guy whose Family farmed strawberries, had a couple of children and divorced.

My sister really gets on my nerves with that. We’ll go to Gasthof in Montgomery (Amish buffet) and she’ll fill her plate and eat a few bites and leave the rest.



I’ve had a lot of opportunities in life that were great. I’m very lucky and thankful I’ve had these experiences.

My uncle from Alaska sent me lynx... Links. I couldn't bring myself to try them. He told me last week when he was here that they were awful haha. Glad I didn't partake.

That’s awesome. At least they helped and didn’t complain. I find wrangling pigs quite fun and a great workout.

Definitely a workout. Thankfully most of the time we had our "cow" dogs, who also wrangle pigs on occasion!

Funny Story, I went out with the sax player in front of me in the picture when I was a Freshman in College for a date.

I do not know what I did but She would not go out on a second one! Broke my heart.

I did wind up marrying a girl from the Gold band though. It will be 37 years on July 17th

That's crazy! Sounds like it worked out for the best. Congratulations on your marital longevity! Our anniversary is July 30th

Our nearest neighbor has cows and some like to get out so I see them on the road from time to time. I don’t trust angus cows. Never turn your back on them.

Really? We have black Angus and have zero issues, aside from the occasionally ornery Mama. We are very "in your face" with our animals, though. I think that makes a huge difference.
